Cancellation Refund policy:

• Cancellation is permitted only against a written request to the organizing secretary (snmicon2026@gmail.com)
• 75% refund for request made till 15^th Sept 2026
• 50% refund for request made till 30^th Oct 2026
• No refund for request made after 30^th Oct 2026
• Refund as per above policy will be made after deducting GST from paid registration and bank transactional charges.
• Refund of payment as per above policy will be made after the conference
• Refund will be made only through bank transfer/cheque to the payee nominated account.
