🔄 Cancellation Refund Policy
- Cancellation is permitted only against a written request to the organizing secretary: snmicon2026@gmail.com
- 75% refund for request made till 15th Sept 2026
- 50% refund for request made till 30th Oct 2026
- No refund for request made after 30th Oct 2026
- Refund will be made after deducting GST from paid registration and bank transactional charges
- Refund of payment will be made after the conference
- Refund will be made only through bank transfer/cheque to the payee nominated account
