All abstracts must be submitted electronically in English — hard-copy submissions will NOT be accepted
Do NOT mention hospital/institution name anywhere in the abstract body — may result in rejection
Use only generic/pharmacological drug names — no brand names, trademarks, company names or promotional references
Presenting authors must register for the conference before submitting an abstract
Original unpublished work only — not previously presented or submitted to any journal/conference
Abstracts from ongoing studies may be submitted — updated findings may be added upon acceptance
Multiple submissions of same study or overlapping data not permitted — multiple distinct studies by same author is allowed
All images/tables must have appropriate citations and references
All abbreviations and acronyms must be defined at first use (except standard/universal units)
Authors responsible for originality, plagiarism-free content, ethical/regulatory approvals and copyright permissions
Abstracts in Incomplete Status after the deadline will not be considered
